· Itinerary: will be sent with our quotation through email.
· All prices will be quoted in GBP
· Booking and Payment: If you are happy with our quotation, full payment will be accepted through Paypal, we will send you an email to confirm your booking within 24 hours after receiving payment.
· For customers who have booked a multiday tour, we will send a free Lonely Planet Guide after receiving your full payment.
· Amendments/Cancellations: all amendments and cancellations must be submitted in writing to Asia Wonders Ltd before the date of departure. We charge according to our suppliers’ or tour operators’ terms and conditions which we will send to you with our quotation. For cancellation, we charge £15 to cover the cost of Lonely Planet Guide. Refunds will only be issued after the written notice is received and after the deduction of our tour operator cost: we’ll send our tour operator’s terms and conditions with our quotation.
· For tour bookings, if a hotel listed becomes unavailable, we will book a similar standard hotel.
· It is our customers’ responsibility to obtain international flight, travel insurance and visa. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
